Back in the Saddle. (so to speak)

2011 definitely an interesting year. Angel recently said something along the lines of "help me I need to stop playing video games for a bit" so here we are with a new set of drawings. It's weird to think that that stupid little drawing challenge i did almost two years ago would transform into this beast of a thing that ultimately keeps us on track artistically. Anyway, it being a new year and all, we thought we should do what everyone else is doing right about now: taking a look back. While I haven't decided on my list quite yet, i will tell you that it contains:

It's also NaNoWriMO, or what ever the hell it's called happening right now, where all the lit dorks try ( and lets be honest, fail) to write a novel in 30 days time. Well, a bunch of us who can't spell so good said " HEY! LETS TRY SOMETHING LIKE THAT SO WE CAN FAIL TOO!" :D) and so, was born. Basically, draw 30 characters in November, and ... i dunno, receive bragging rights. So yes. There you have it. December can't come soon enough. But im sure by then we'll have some other draw-a-day thing to do.

Which is also late. oof, im getting bad at this.

Day 30- Batman

I had a blast doing this one, even though it's not the best of the bunch. It's also 11x17, which is why it's not scanned, as my scanner is tiny, which sucks. Any way, i had a lot of fun with this Gotham City challenge, even though i just sorta rushed thru several of them, resulting in sub par drawings. I'm sure you can tell the ones i took my time with. But hey, stay tuned because Angel and I are readying 2 back to back challenges in the coming months.
